Sonata offers a collection of modern, urban residences that range in size from just under 400 square feet to over 1000 square feet. They are available in configurations that range from studio and urban one bedroom units to one bedroom, one bedroom plus den and two bedroom homes. Preliminary introductory pricing is set to range from the high $200,000s to the low $800,000s.

Throughout Sonata’s planning process, the guiding principle for its architects has been to create highly functional, comfortable homes that are space efficient and thoughtfully designed for everyday living. They carefully considered the attributes most commonly desired in new homes – natural light, volume and flow, and found that by eliminating extraneous walls and passageways, they could create residences that live much larger than their square footage would suggest. Oversized windows flood the units with light, while soaring ceilings and sleek materials create an enveloping sense of volume.

Furthermore, these residences are supported by community amenities that residents will actually use, such as a roof deck with outdoor fireplaces and BBQs, an innovative

co-working space, a bicycle room and underground parking. With the ability to live throughout the building, homeowners will be able to more accurately right-size their specific space needs.

Each unit will offer several chic, contemporary finish and color palettes from which to choose, as well a host of options for customization. Hardwood floors, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances and quartz counters, and spacious, spa-like baths will be common to all homes.

Finally, prospective buyers will enjoy the opportunity to reserve a home at Sonata in advance of presales. A reservation agreement is offered in exchange for a fully-refundable $5,000 deposit held in escrow confirming a particular home with a set price range, and grants a first right of opportunity to enter into a presale just as soon as the developer is able to confirm the product offering with the contractor.
